That would be me. Colby Brister. Well - me and my incredibly smart team. Nice to meet you.

The first thing you should know about me is that I entered the baby market in an interesting way.

It all began in 2003, when I first started my eCommerce store, selling my own products online.    I was bitten by the Internet bug and had started to realize the possibilities of what an online store could offer. The selection, the variety, the convenience. None of it could be matched by physical stores.

Then later, in 2006, I took a great job as a Customer Service Representative for a large marketing company in Atlanta, GA. It was the best business education I ever had, working on the 'front lines' of a huge online company.

It was there that I learned how fantastic customer service can make a company - and how poor customer service can kill it even faster. At the same job, I happened to meet a lot of new moms and dads looking for baby products and bedding. Often, I saw them frustrated and unable to find a large enough selection to meet their personal tastes. The kind of custom, unique baby products they were looking for...just wasn't available at their local department store.

At that job, I talked to a lot of customers and realized that I had found the perfect formula for providing incredible products, at great prices, with exceptional customer service.

To that end, me and my team have spent countless hours designing and testing our website. We do this so that our customers can find exactly what they are looking for as effortlessly and as quickly as possible.
