You are in the double digits now, just thirty more weeks to reach the due date. It may seem a ways off, but this time will go by fast. The baby is about two inches long by now; their arms and legs are developing the ability to bend. By now, they are clearly either boy or girl. Little boys are already producing testosterone by this point. They are producing wastes their little stomachs are working. Where teeth will someday pop out, little bugs are appearing, under the gums.

Many moms will share that they have some of the most awful times trying to have a bowel moment. The pregnancy hormones have slowed down the digestive system, causing sluggish bowels. This problem may intensify over the coming weeks. It is so important to up the intake of water, and make sure you eat plenty of fiber. Whole fruits and vegetables and whole grains are the best sources of natural fiber. If eating these types of foods does not help, over-the-counter laxative fibers (ask for physician to be sure) but many are harmless and very helpful in moving things along. Try taking a walk, doing some mild exercises (if you are able). Many times, this will help the body to get back to normal.

You may still experience all the pregnancy symptoms in full swing. The time is coming fast, though, where a lot of these will fade. You may notice new symptoms such as veins popping up, due to the increased blood flow in the body. This is especially prominent in the breasts, which will continue with tingles, tenderness, and soreness. By now, you should be wearing a bra in a cup size larger, and maybe even a band size larger, as the trunk expands for the growing pregnancy.
